This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application BNI Winnerz Attendance (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Think To Share IT Solutions Private Limited ("Think To Share", "we", "our", or "us"). Legal authorization to build and operate this App has been provided by BNI to Think To Share IT Solutions Private Limited.
The App is a closed, members-only application for the BNI Winnerz chapter based in Kolkata, India. There is no self sign-up. Access is strictly admin-controlled and limited to current members (and designated administrators) as verified by the chapter administration. If you do not belong to BNI Winnerz, you must not use the App.
Depending on your role (member or admin) and how you use the App, we may process the following information:
The App may request limited device permissions strictly to enable specific features (for example, camera for scanning an attendance code, and location permission for capturing your live location at the moment of attendance). Location access is used only at check-in and/or check-out and is not used for continuous background tracking.
We process personal information primarily to fulfill our legitimate interests in administering a members-only attendance system for the BNI Winnerz chapter, to perform obligations arising from our authorization by BNI, and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. Data processed in the App is used solely for BNI Winnerz chapter operations and related administrative purposes.
We may share information with:
Data may be stored on secure servers operated by us or our service providers. Depending on infrastructure choices, data may be processed in India and/or other jurisdictions subject to appropriate safeguards.
We retain personal information for as long as you remain a member or as needed for chapter administration and record-keeping. Location data is collected only at the moment of attendance and is stored with the corresponding attendance record; we do not continuously track your location. We may retain certain records for a longer period where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in a reasonable time.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because the App is closed and admin-controlled, access, corrections, and updates to your information are generally managed by chapter administrators. Members may request review or correction of their records by contacting the administrators as described in the Contact section below. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and chapter policies.
The App is intended for adult professionals and is not directed to children. If you believe a minor’s data is present in our systems in error, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via the App or through chapter communication channels. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective signifies your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
BNI has provided legal authorization to Think To Share IT Solutions Private Limited to develop and operate the BNI Winnerz Attendance App for the BNI Winnerz chapter.
